Fantasy TE Rankings Week 3: Who to start, sit at tight end in fantasy football

Tight end has somehow yielded virtually no breakouts, streamers, or sleepers through two games, so our Week 3 fantasy TE rankings don't look that much different than our preseason TE rankings, at least at the top.
